  • Launch DDoS or other attacks against any network or system.

C. Spam & Unsolicited Communication

  • Send unsolicited emails, newsletters, or advertisements (spam).
  • Use our servers to send phishing or deceptive messages.

D.Content Violations

  • Host content that is obscene, offensive, defamatory, or infringing on intellectual property rights.
  • Share copyrighted material without proper authorization.

D. Resource Abuse

  • Use excessive server resources affecting other users (CPU, memory, bandwidth).
  • Run cryptocurrency mining or similar high-resource applications without permission.
Enforcement:
  • Investigation: We reserve the right to investigate suspected violations.
  • Suspension or Termination: Accounts in violation may be suspended or terminated without notice.
  • Legal Action: We may cooperate with law enforcement or take legal action if required.
Customer Responsibilities:
  • Keep login credentials secure.
  • Ensure your websites and content comply with all applicable laws.
  • Monitor your resource usage to prevent abuse.
