Counter-Notification:

If your content has been removed and you believe it was done in error, you may submit a counter-notification including:

  • Your contact information (name, address, email).
  • Identification of the removed content and its original location.
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the content was removed by mistake or misidentification.
  • Your signature (physical or electronic).

After receiving a valid counter-notification, we will forward it to the complainant and may restore the content within 10–14 business days unless the complainant files a legal action.

Repeat Infringers:
  • Customers can AHost on Acme reserves the right to terminate accounts of repeat infringers in accordance with the DMCA and our Acceptable Use Policy. transfer domains to or from Host on Acme following ICANN transfer rules.
