At Host on Acme (“we,” “our,” or “us”), customer satisfaction is important. This Refund Policy explains the conditions under which refunds may be issued for our hosting, domain registration, and related services. 

General Policy:
  • Refunds are only applicable to hosting services purchased directly through Host on Acme.
  • All refund requests must be submitted via support@hostonacme.com.
  • Certain services are non-refundable once activated, including:
  • Domain registrations 
  • SSL certificates 
  • Add-on services that have been delivered 
Hosting Service Refunds:
  • You may request a refund for hosting plans within 7 days of purchase if you are not satisfied.
  • Refunds are pro-rated if the account has been used beyond the trial period or if resources have been consumed.
  • Refunds do not include domain registration fees or third-party services.
Domain Registration & Transfers:
  • Domain registration and transfer fees are non-refundable once the domain is successfully registered or transferred.
  • Refunds for domain purchases may only apply if the registration fails due to technical issues on our side.
Payment Processing:
  • Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for purchase.
  • It may take 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment processor.
Cancellation & Refund Procedure:
  • Contact support@hostonacme.com with your account details and reason for the refund.
  • Our support team will verify your request and confirm eligibility.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5 business days.
Exceptions:
  • Services purchased via promotions or third-party resellers may have separate refund rules.
  • Any fraudulent or unauthorized transactions are not eligible for refunds.
Changes to This Policy:

We may update this Refund Policy periodically. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
