Account Registration:
  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials.
  • You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
Refunds & Cancellations:
  • Refunds are handled according to our Refund Policy.
  • Certain services (domain registration, SSL certificates) may be non-refundable once activated.
  • You may cancel hosting or services according to our Cancellation Policy.
Acceptable Use Policy:

You agree not to use our services for:

  • Illegal or fraudulent activities
  • Hosting malicious software, malware, or viruses
  • Sending spam or phishing emails
  • Disrupting other users’ services or network

Violation may result in account suspension or termination.

Domain Registration:
  • You are responsible for providing accurate WHOIS information.
  • Domains are registered under ICANN rules.
  • Domain renewals are your responsibility unless automatic renewal is enabled.
  • We may suspend or cancel domains that violate policy or law.
Service Level & Limitations:
  • We aim for 99.9% uptime, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service.
  • We are not responsible for data loss; users should maintain backups.
  • Performance may vary depending on website traffic, server load, or external factors.
Intellectual Property:
  • All content, designs, logos, and materials on our website are owned by Host on Acme or licensed to us.
  • You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any materials without permission.
Liability Limitation:
  • Host on Acme is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services.
  • Maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service.
Termination:
  • We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms or applicable laws.
